We hope you love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with the original tags attached.
Items clearly marked as FINAL SALE on the product page before purchase are not eligible for return, except where required by applicable consumer law or where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
How to Request a Return
Before sending any item back, please email support@elycharm.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Please do not send any item back without approval. Once your request has been approved, our customer support team will email you the return instructions and return address.
Return Shipping Costs
United States Orders:
For eligible returns from the United States, Elycharm will provide a prepaid return shipping label after your return request has been approved.
Orders Outside the United States:
For change-of-mind returns from the United Kingdom, European countries, Canada, Australia, and other supported destinations, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Elycharm will cover the return shipping costs.
Original Shipping Charges
For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, eligible original shipping charges will also be refunded.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact support@elycharm.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Our customer support team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution. Eligible return shipping costs will be covered by Elycharm.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
