Return Policy

 

Items purchased from Elycharm are eligible for return if requested within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Once your return request is approved, our customer service team will provide the return instructions and return address via email. Please do not send any items back without confirmation.

Only items marked as FINAL SALE (on the product page or invoice) are not eligible for return.

Domestic Returns

Returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Items must be free from wear, stains, odors, or any damage
  • Items not meeting these conditions may be rejected and sent back to the customer

To complete a return:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return
  • Place the items in their original packaging
  • Follow the return instructions and address provided via email by our team
  • Ship the package using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
