4. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at checkout. Any applicable shipping charges, taxes, or other costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location and checkout device.
Your bank or card issuer may charge an international transaction fee or currency conversion fee. These fees are charged by your financial institution, not by Elycharm.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch. If an error affects your order, we will contact you and provide the option to confirm the corrected price or cancel the order for a full refund.
5. Orders
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
We may cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable
- Payment cannot be authorized
- Product or pricing information contains an error
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity
- Delivery is not available to the address provided
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, billing, and shipping information.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Standard shipping usually takes 7–9 business days after dispatch. The estimated total delivery time is generally 8–12 business days.
Orders may be shipped from China or one of our overseas fulfillment centers.
Orders over $79 USD qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $79 USD are charged a $5.99 USD standard shipping fee.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Before sending an item back, please contact support@elycharm.com and wait for return approval and instructions. Please do not send any item back without confirmation.
For eligible returns from the United States, Elycharm will provide a prepaid return shipping label after the return request has been approved.
For change-of-mind returns from destinations outside the United States, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Elycharm will cover eligible return shipping costs. Please contact support@elycharm.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, eligible original shipping charges will also be refunded.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights. Where applicable law provides additional cancellation, return, refund, repair, or replacement rights, those rights will apply.

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed at the time of the offer.
