4. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If you realize there is an error, please contact us at Support@elycharm.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot modify orders once they have been handed over to the carrier.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. For damaged items, please save all packaging materials and take photos for the claim process.
